Our Real Estate practice is made up of a strong legal team that includes our attorneys, paralegals, title abstractors, and title agents. Real Estate Acquisition and Development
We assist buyers and sellers in every aspect of the purchase or sale of residential and commercial property. Our services include the negotiating and drafting of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements and leases. We conduct closings on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lenders and issue title insurances policies. Working closely with the location Realtors, we facilitate the Real Estate Transaction from the review of the Agreement of Sale to the Settlement table.
Our law firm represents real estate lenders and borrowers in all aspects of the financial transactions, including, purchase money mortgages, refinancing, construction loans, and commercial loans. Our services include the preparation of mortgages, security instruments, promissory notes, loan agreements, assignment of leases and rents, and all other instruments that are required for a secured lending transaction.
