  • Founding partner of SRALK and a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 52 years of experience, Attorney Spall has completed various programs at the National College of Advocacy at the Harvard University School of Law, National Estate Planning Institute Certificate at the University of Wisconsin School of Law, and the Elder Law Institute at the Dickinson School of Law.

    He’s served as legal counsel for the Pike Wayne Board of Realtors since 1974, and as a 1st Assistant District Attorney and County Solicitor for Wayne County.

    Current President of the Wallenpaupack Area School District, and a Director and Secretary of the Dime Bank, he’s also a Director to the Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation.

  • A senior partner operating out of our Clarks Summit office, with decades of experience as a civil litigator in the areas of personal injury, property damage, construction, insurance, and commercial litigation, Attorney Rydzewski has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate from 1985 through 1996.

    He served as President of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and as a member of the Federation of Insurance & Corporate Counsel. Currently, he’s an Officer and Director of Amos Towers Senior Housing and co-chaired the Community Division of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Jewish Federation. He is a past member of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Coal Miners Respiratory Disease and was a member of both the Blaine-Nye Commission and the Governor’s Ad Hoc Committee on Medical Malpractice Reform.

    Attorney Rydzewski is frequently called upon as a speaker to provide Continuing Legal Education courses for various Bar Associations in the area on topics such as claim settlement, insurance law, and trial tactics.

  • Attorney Leatrice A. Anderson, a senior partner, operates out of the the Hawley office of SRALK. Holding over 20 years of experience in Pennsylvania real estate and real estate litigation, she’s also a licensed title insurance agent, and represents buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, including leased lands.

    Attorney Anderson also maintains extensive experience representing children in dependency matters and child custody disputes. She speaks for the children. Twenty years of practice in matters dealing with children and children’s welfare have provides a unique perspective for many custody-related matters. In fact, courts appoint her to: maintain the best interest of child clients ensure fundamental development and bonding for the child and parent and occasionally other parties, such as grandparents or kin.

    Family formation (adoption and gestational carrier) is another key component to her practice. With hundreds of adoptions presented within our county courts, she’s refined the process from petition to final court decree. Working with county agencies, private parties, or private adoption agencies, she ensures the adoption process is completed correctly. That includes working with post adoption agreements, if needed. Clients are fully informed of the process, timing, and expectations of the adoption journey and she remains open to discussion and questions along the way.

    As the only gestational carrier and surrogate attorney with over 20 years of practice in Northeastern Pennsylvania, she was fundamental in securing the first same sex gestational carrier assisted conception birth registration in Lackawanna County. Providing representation for intended parents or gestational carriers in Northeastern Pennsylvania from agreement generation to post birth, she’ll secure appropriate parental rights for intended parents implementing the Orphan’s Court requirements for birth certificate registration.

  • John D. Lalley is a partner in the Clarks Summit office of SRALK. Holding more than 26 years of experience, Attorney Lalley handles all aspects of civil litigation, including real estate litigation, from beginning to end. He’s well versed in investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and arbitration or trial, putting his time and talents to work for his clients time and again.

    For almost as long 24 he’s litigated, Attorney Lalley’s represented clients in a variety of family law matters. Whether prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation, divorce, property division, alimony, or spousal support, he’s fought to preserve client rights and seek the best outcome for the clients and their children. To that end, he also assists his clients with matters involving child custody, visitation, and support.

  • Kyle Krajkovich is a partner in the Hawley office of SRALK. Joining the firm in 2017, he focuses on real estate matters, including residential and commercial closings, quiet title actions, and various related issues. Attorney Krajkovich also handles estate matters and landlord/tenant issues.

    While in law school, Attorney Krajkovich was qualified as a Certified Legal Intern and able to represent clients under attorney supervision. He participated in his school’s Immigration Clinic, representing clients petitioning for visas as well as representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings. Additionally, he secured an externship with Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel’s 5th District where he represented indigent clients who have temporarily lost custody of their children.

  • Zoe A. Otway is an associate attorney at the Hawley office of SRALK. She joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining SRALK, Attorney Otway worked in the Philadelphia area in the insurance defense industry focusing on commercial vehicle, construction accident, premises liability, and product liability cases.

    Attorney Otway earned dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and General Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal assistant at a large plaintiff’s firm in Philadelphia, handling complex mass tort and catastrophic injury cases. In 2020, she graduated cum laude from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where she earned a Beasley Scholarship for academic excellence. She served as a Teaching Assistant for the Trial Advocacy course as part of the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and obtained a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation.
